		<description>

Nigrum Corpus is a medical-style book that exposes racism in healthcare by presenting fictional diseases inspired by real experiences of Black patients. Created within IDOMED’s Med.Diversity program, it subverts the clinical aesthetic of traditional medical manuals to reveal how medicine often ignores and invisibilizes Black bodies.

Each "disease" is a metaphor for common issues like misdiagnosis, unacknowledged pain, and obstetric violence. Using a blend of photography, digital illustration, 3D art, and AI, the book portrays Black bodies with dignity and depth, offering a more human approach to medical education.

More than a denunciation, the book proposes concrete actions like hiring more Black professors and adopting racially diverse clinical simulators. It has already reached over 9,000 medical students across more than 10 Brazilian states, helping reshape the conversation around inclusive healthcare.

		<description>

The Atacama Desert became one of the biggest fashion graveyards in the world. Tons of clothes dumped by brands and careless consumers ended up there, polluting the land and harming local life. To change that, VTEX launched REcommerce Atacama, the first e-commerce platform that doesn’t sell anything. It cleans the desert.

The clothes were rescued, cleaned, and dropped as limited collections on the website. Everything was free. Customers only paid for shipping. Each item came with the story of where it was found and why it deserved a second chance.

The result? The first drop sold out in just a few hours. Over 300 pieces found new owners in 10 countries. What was once waste became a symbol of conscious consumption, supported by influencers, NGOs, and international media.

It was a campaign that used the rules of e-commerce to challenge the rules of fast fashion, and proved that one click can change the world.

The bond between LGBTQIA+ community and music is stronger than any other. It’s not only music. It's like a safe place. But then you realize that only 5 of the Youtube top 50 artists in Brazil are LGBTQIA+.
We need more voices, to have more people being represented. So, Mercado Livre launched the Files Of Freedom, starred by the Brazilian legend Pabllo

		<description>

During Brazil’s closed fishing season, thousands of small-scale fishermen are left without income, and illegal fishing increases, threatening marine reproduction. To tackle this issue, Corona launched Fishermen Storytellers, a project that turned fishermen into tour guides, tapping into the one thing they love almost as much as the sea: telling stories.

Local legends were transformed into cultural experiences, offered as guided tours led by the fishermen themselves. The response was immediate. All tours sold out in less than 24 hours, providing income to over 1,200 fishermen across six regions, curbing illegal fishing, and strengthening Corona’s presence along the coast.

It was the perfect blend of economy, environment, and local culture that captured people’s hearts and made a real impact.

Many refugees find burger restaurants a starting point in Brazil. In fact, in the city that receives the most refugees in Brazil, data shows that 30% of refugees work in restaurants. Despite being legalized workers, these individuals don’t have all the rights of a Brazilian citizen. Heinz has identified a gap in the law that allows professional recommendation letters to cut the naturalization process time for refugees in half. So, Heinz will transform burger joint reviews, nominated for refugees, into professional recommendation letters.

		<title>Cheering for the Rain</title>

		<description>

In Brazil, back in the '80s and '90s, race days had a strange twist. People actually hoped for rain. Not to stay home, but to watch Ayrton Senna. Because when the track was wet, Senna became unstoppable.

To honor the 30th anniversary of his passing, Globoplay brought that cultural behavior back with Cheering for the Rain, a campaign that turned bad weather into a trigger for something magical. Every time it rained in your city, the new Senna docuseries was unlocked for free.

The platform used real-time weather and geolocation APIs to create a one-of-a-kind experience. If it wasn’t raining, the site simply said, “Come back when it is.” But when the first drop hit your region, everything changed. You’d see, “It’s raining. Click to watch.”

	From motion graphics that said “In the rain, instinct drives” to media running across banners, push notifications, email and pre-rolls, the entire ecosystem was built to bring Senna’s legacy back whenever the clouds rolled in.

The results? Over one million simultaneous viewers. The most-watched campaign in Globoplay’s history. And a cultural behavior reborn, proving that sometimes the rain is all it takes to make history come alive again.

		<description>

Everyone remembers Wilson, the volleyball who drifted away at sea in the final scene of Cast Away. But what if that wasn’t the end of his story?

To celebrate the power of connection, Vivo brought Wilson back by imagining an epic journey across oceans, deserts, cities and storms. A journey fueled by one purpose: to reconnect.

Years after being lost, Wilson washed up on a distant shore. From there, he began his odyssey. Passed from hand to hand, place to place, each stop added to his story. Until he finally found his way back to where he truly belonged.
	The film turned a pop culture icon into a symbol of something greater. In a world where distance can feel overwhelming, Wilson reminded us that connection always finds a way, and Vivo is here to make sure it does.

It wasn’t just a campaign. It was a reunion. Emotional, cinematic and unforgettable.

Non-verbal individuals with autism communicate through PECS (Picture Exchange Communication System). This system consists of cards with images that autistic individuals use to express their desires. These cards were created in 1985 and have remained unchanged since then. Autism Journey is a website that utilizes artificial intelligence to enable the creation of personalized communication cards based on the specific interests of each individual with autism. This approach enhances their engagement with the material and improves their interaction skills.

When Carnival arrives, Brazilian soccer players who play abroad always come up with the same story: they pretend to be injured in order to be sent to the medical department. And this way, they have the perfect excuse to travel and enjoy Carnival in their home country, Brazil. Since Brahma is the official sponsor of Carnival and soccer, they took advantage of the fact that the players already come "injured" and transformed their traditional VIP box in the heart of the Sambadrome into a medical department. This way, the players enjoyed Carnival and "recovered" at the same time.
